The item must remain unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Once your return is approved, kindly follow the provided instructions to ship the item back to us. Refunds are processed after the returned parcel is received and inspected by our team. If you do not receive your refund within 15 days, please contact us via email or phone for assistance. Please note, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances if the unboxing video is missing, if the return request is made after 24 hours, if the item has been used, if tags have been removed, or if the original packaging is not intact.
